Provide sales and channel support services to achieve sales goals by closing net-new business as well as managing and growing existing EP business. This will be achieved through utilization of modern selling and marketing tools as well as communicating effectively with key business decision makers.



Maintain and increase the business with customers who are your direct responsibility

Keep track by analyzing the total business in your region through use of IFS and update the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) with relevant information on customers in your region and those specifically assigned. These reports are to be produced upon request and/or on monthly basis.

Develop and/or maintain a database that will allow you and the RSM to keep track of calls made and actions needed to further develop and enhance the business.

Keep up-to-date on developments in the market and on the developments in products in order to keep EP Minerals on top of the market in your region. This could mean, for instance, product training, perform market research and any other activity that will enhance knowledge of the market in which EP Minerals wishes to operate.

Follow-up on action items assigned to you via the RSM. For instance (but not limited to) samples, sending technical information and sending regulatory information to customers in your region.

Must learn the EP Minerals products and their competitors.

Serve as the main point of Customer Service for the Office; resolving any customer concerns with orders, pricing on delivery.

Maintaining a good working relationship between the regional sales office and the rest of the EP Minerals organization; notably between logistics, production, customer service and finance on all relevant items in order to secure deliveries to your customers

Additional duties as assigned



  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration
  • Two to five years of experience with inside and/or outside sales experience; or Bachelors’ Degree and inside and/or outside sales experience preferred
  • Must learn and understand the EP Minerals Order Entry and Invoicing System
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively within the entire organization through internal and external presentations, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to deal with different cultural backgrounds
  • Social media selling tools
  • Results oriented.
