This is not an entry level position, recent college grads without experience are not qualified for this exciting sales opportunity.  Generate leads through trade shows, club memberships, lead groups, mailings, phone calls, cold calling, canvassing or any other lead generation program.

  • Establish contacts and set appointments.
  • Utilize CRM to track customers, appointments, proposals and sales 
  • Conduct thorough assessment of customers risks and needs 
  • Produce system conceptualization, design, and pricing, in conjunction with the Engineering Department or Sales Manager to address customer’s needs and mitigate customer’s liabilities.
  • Produce proposal documentation and present proposals in value added format including return on investment.
  • Provide “Value Engineering’ approach to follow up on proposals.
  • Work with customer to manage start of project and check with customer throughout the installation to assist in solving problems or change orders.
  • Retain communication with contacts to develop long-term business relationships.
  • Maintain relationships with primary point of contact with existing accounts while expanding contacts to the “C” level of organization
  • Provide help/support for customer by being pro-active in security solution recommendations.
  • Create an environment in which the customer recognizes you as a consultant and value-added partner
  • Attend on going to product-training classes, as required, for improved system knowledge
  • Enhance personal knowledge of system solutions and industry product offerings
  • Comply with company policies and procedures as specified within the company Manuals
  • Maintain knowledge of local fire code, and NFPA life safety updates
