Geotemps is searching for a Clerk to work on a 1 to 2 month project in an office setting. The project consists of organizing the client’s files while transitioning the files from paper hardcopies to digital copies.

The Clerk will be required to handle boxes filled with documents which could weigh up to 50 lbs. They will then scan the files to digital folders where they will then be required to rename the files in order to help organize the digital records.

The ideal candidate will be an organized worker who can maintain order while working at an efficient pace. They must be comfortable operating a scanner/copier as well as having basic computer and typing skills.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be able to lift 50 lb. boxes of paper
  • Be able to climb a ladder
  • Be able to work in a warehouse-like environment
  • Familiar with scanning on a photocopier
  • Familiar with working with PDF’s
  • Good typing skills
  • Organized and efficient worker.
